Description
This lot features a Glock Model 22 semi-automatic pistol chambered in .40 S&W. The pistol is equipped with a 4.49-inch barrel and features a matte black finished slide on a black polymer frame with integral finger grooves and textured grip panels, typical of a third-generation model. Verbatim markings include the Glock logo followed by 22, AUSTRIA, and .40 on the left side of the slide, and GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA. on the right side of the frame above the grip. The serial number LZY976 is transcribed from the right side of the slide, the right side of the barrel hood, and the metal plate on the underside of the frame. Both the slide and barrel feature a small pentagon proof mark. The firearm is fitted with Trijicon three-dot night sights, with the front sight bearing the mark Trijicon H3. This pistol is sold with no magazine and is accompanied by a black plastic Glock factory hard case. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol shows signs of moderate use, with visible holster wear and finish thinning along the edges of the slide and at the muzzle. The polymer frame displays light scuffing and accumulated residue in the textured surfaces. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. No magazine is included with this lot.
