Description
This lot features a pair of variable-power 3-9x40mm rifle scopes, consisting of one Center Point model and one Nikon model, along with a small accessory box. The first optic is a Center Point 3-9x40AO variable-power rifle scope featuring a matte black finish, a duplex reticle, and an adjustable objective ring calibrated from 5 yards to infinity. It is marked on the eyepiece bell with printed white lettering reading CENTER POINT and 3-9x40AO, and includes protective elastic bikini-style lens covers. The second optic is a Nikon 3-9×40 variable-power rifle scope featuring a glossy black finish, a duplex reticle, and two attached split-ring scope mounts. It is marked with gold-painted text reading Nikon on the objective bell, and the underside of the turret housing is stamped with 3-9X40, the serial number 424720, and JAPAN. The Nikon scope includes branded elastic lens covers. The lot is completed by a small white cardboard accessory box printed with CPM2PW25M-999 and Made in China.
Condition report:
Both rifle scopes are in good overall condition, exhibiting minor exterior handling wear and light surface scuffing on the bodies. The glossy finish of the Nikon scope shows typical light wear from the mounting rings, and the matte finish of the Center Point scope has a few light scuffs. The lenses on both optics are clear, and the duplex reticles remain intact and sharp. All mechanical adjustments, including the magnification rings, turrets, and adjustable objective ring, rotate smoothly, though the scopes have not been mounted or zeroed on a firearm to test tracking.
