Description
A collection of vintage and contemporary firearm reloading equipment and hunting accessories. The lot includes a Bair Company case trimmer with a blue cast metal base and manufacturer label, a Herter’s Inc. aluminum maximum case length gauge marked Waseca, Minn., and a Lee Classic Bullet Sizing Kit in its red plastic container. Reloading components include a Speer item with an Omark Industries yellow label, a bottle of RCBS Case Lube-2, and a vintage box of 1,000 Ideal .30 caliber gas checks manufactured by The Lyman Gun Sight Corp. of Middlefield, Conn. Scope accessories feature multiple Weaver Scope lens caps in original retail boxes, a Butler Creek Bikini scope cover, and a Quake scope cover. The assortment is further comprised of multiple black nylon straps in original plastic packaging, a large quantity of metal wire springs, several individual packs of gun springs, and a Quaker Boy Game Calls camouflage patterned hat. The items are housed in and include a red metal storage bin.
Condition report:
Items exhibit varying degrees of wear consistent with age and shop use. Surface oxidation and minor rust are visible on the metal tools, particularly the Herter’s gauge and Bair trimmer. Some retail packaging shows tearing, creases, and adhesive residue from price stickers. The Speer label is partially peeled and worn. All items are sold as-is; mechanical functionality of tools has not been tested.
