Description
This bulk lot consists of 200 loose handgun cartridges chambered in .45 Auto (ACP), a caliber also known as .45 Automatic Colt Pistol. The collection features a variety of casing finishes, including standard brass and nickel-plated types, primarily loaded with round-nose Full Metal Jacket projectiles. Technical examination of the headstamps reveals a variety of manufacturers, with key markings including W-W 45 AUTO for Winchester, P M C 45 AUTO, G.F.L. 45 AUTO for Giulio Fiocchi Lecco, and SPEER 45 AUTO. The configuration is consistent with standard target and range ammunition, and the cartridges are presented loose without original packaging.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in mixed, serviceable condition. Most brass casings exhibit surface tarnishing and minor oxidation consistent with bulk storage, while the nickel-plated cases remain relatively bright and clear. Projectiles appear correctly seated with only minor superficial scuffing to the copper jackets. All cartridges appear to be live with unspent primers, though they have not been individually chamber-checked or function-tested.
