Description
This lot consists of a collection of 427 rounds of assorted .22 caliber rimfire ammunition from several established manufacturers. Included in the group is one 40-round box marked American Eagle by Federal Cartridge Company .22 Rimfire, one 50-round box of CCI Blazer 22 Long Rifle cartridges, one 100-round plastic container of CCI Mini-Mag 22 Long Rifle Hollow Point ammunition, and one 100-round container of Federal Classic .22 Long Rifle High Velocity copper-plated cartridges. The collection is further comprised of a partial plastic container of Browning Nail Drivers 37 grain hollow point ammunition and two plastic containers holding a variety of loose mixed rounds. Headstamps on the loose cartridges include markings such as F, C, Rem, SUPER X, D, A, P, and H. The label on the Browning container features a printed graphic ruler for group measurement.
Condition report:
The ammunition in this lot exhibits varied physical conditions, with cartridges ranging from clean and bright to those showing significant surface oxidation, lead bloom, and discoloration. One cartridge shows heavy white lead oxidation on the bullet. The brass cases display varying degrees of tarnish. The packaging shows moderate shelf wear, including edge fraying on the cardboard boxes and minor scuffs or light cracking on the plastic containers. The ammunition appears to be live.
