Description
This is a U.S. Revolver Co. top-break, double-action revolver chambered in .32 S&W, designed as a compact personal defense sidearm during the early 20th century. The firearm features a 3-inch barrel equipped with a fixed blade front sight and a notched rear sight integrated into the top-break latch. The metal surfaces are finished in nickel plating, while the trigger guard and hammer exhibit a blued finish. The frame is fitted with two-piece black checkered hard rubber grips that prominently feature the circular U.S. logo at the top of each panel. Key markings include the manufacturer name U.S. REVOLVER CO stamped along the top of the barrel rib and the serial number 15269 located on the underside of the trigger guard. The revolver is housed in a simple brown leather holster featuring heavy black contrast stitching. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The nickel finish is mostly intact but shows overall light handling wear with visible pitting, surface oxidation, and finish loss concentrated at the muzzle and around the cylinder chambers. The blued finish on the trigger guard shows thinning and age-related browning. The bore was not inspected but appears consistent with the exterior condition. The mechanical action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The hard rubber grips are in good condition with minor smoothing to the checkering and no visible cracks. The accompanying leather holster is in good condition with minor scuffs and intact stitching.
