Description
This semi-automatic target rifle is built upon a Ruger Model 10/22 receiver and has been professionally modified with an E. Arthur Brown Co. caliber conversion. The rifle is chambered for .17 HM2 and features a blued heavy bull barrel designed for precision shooting. The firearm is set into a black Hogue OverMolded synthetic stock characterized by a textured pebbled grip for enhanced handling. It comes equipped with a Burris 4X-12X Mini scope featuring a fine crosshair reticle, mounted to a rail on the receiver. The rifle includes a Hogue rubber buttplate and integrated sling swivel studs. Visible markings on the right side of the receiver include RUGER, MODEL 10/22 CARBINE, and .22 LR CALIBER, along with the serial number 113-45931. The barrel is stamped * 17 HM2 * E. Arthur Brown Co. Alexandria, MN, and the receiver bears the instructional marking REQUIRES EABCO HEAVY BOLT KIT. Please note that this rifle is missing its magazine. Condition report:
The rifle is in good overall condition. The blued finish on the heavy barrel and receiver remains largely intact, showing only minor handling wear and light scuffing near the scope mounts. The Hogue synthetic stock is in good order, displaying some superficial scuffs and typical handling marks. The bore is bright with well-defined rifling. The action appears to function correctly when cycled manually, though the firearm has not been test-fired. The Burris scope optics are clear, and the reticle is sharp.
