Description
This Springfield Armory XD-S is a striker-fired, semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9x19mm Luger, featuring a 3.3-inch barrel and a compact black polymer frame. The firearm is designed for concealed carry and incorporates a textured grip, a grip safety, and an integrated accessory rail on the dust cover. The slide is finished in a black Melonite and is equipped with a red fiber-optic front sight and a white two-dot rear sight. Verbatim markings on the left side of the slide include XD-S-9 and 3.3, while the right side is marked SPRINGFIELD ARMORY U.S.A. and carries the serial number S3952021. The barrel hood is stamped with the matching serial number S3952021 and cal.9×19. The frame is marked MADE IN CROATIA on the left side and SPRINGFIELD INC. GENESEO, IL. on the right. This comprehensive lot includes the original manufacturer black hard case with matching serial and UPC labels, a total of three magazines consisting of one 7-round flush-fit magazine and two extended 9-round magazines, a black polymer double magazine pouch, a black polymer paddle holster, a bore brush, and spare fiber-optic filaments. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol is in good overall condition, exhibiting light cosmetic scuffing and finish wear on the slide consistent with holster use and carry. The black polymer frame is well-preserved with sharp texturing and only minor handling marks. The bore was not inspected, though the exterior of the barrel at the ejection port shows typical finish wear from the cycling of the action. The action appears to function correctly, although the firearm has not been function-tested or live-fire tested. The magazines and polymer accessories show light signs of use but remain fully functional.
