Description
This lot consists of 500 rounds of .22 Long Rifle rimfire ammunition comprised of various loads from Federal, Winchester, and Blazer. The collection includes three 50-round boxes of Federal Champion 40-grain solid lead cartridges with a muzzle velocity of 1240 FPS and three 50-round boxes of Federal American Eagle high velocity 40-grain solid lead cartridges. Additionally, there are three 50-round boxes of Winchester Super X 40-grain copper-plated lead round nose cartridges rated at 1255 FPS and one 50-round box of Blazer 40-grain cartridges. Transcription of the visible markings shows that the Federal ammunition features an F headstamp, the Winchester rounds are marked with SUPER X, and the Blazer cartridges bear a C headstamp. The packaging is largely intact with clear manufacturer labeling and technical specifications.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in clean, well-preserved condition. The brass cases show no signs of corrosion or significant oxidation, and both the solid lead and copper-plated projectiles are well-seated and free of heavy oxidation. The individual 50-round cardboard boxes exhibit minor shelf wear, including small dings and some edge rubbing. One Blazer box retains an orange retail price sticker. All rounds appear to be live factory-loaded ammunition.
