Description
This is a Remington Model 700 BDL bolt-action rifle chambered for 7mm Remington Magnum. The firearm features a barrel marked as stainless steel with a dark finish. The furniture consists of a checkered walnut stock with a Monte Carlo cheekpiece, a black forend tip with a white spacer, a black grip cap, and a factory-branded Remington rubber recoil pad. Sighting is provided by a BSA telescopic sight mounted on a one-piece base, and the rifle retains its factory iron sights. Key markings on the receiver include the manufacturer and model designation Remington MODEL 700 and the serial number 355134. The barrel is stamped REMINGTON ARMS CO. INC., ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A. with patent numbers 2,473,373, 2,514,981, and 2,585,195, as well as the caliber 7MM REM MAG and the material STAINLESS STEEL. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The metal surfaces of the barrel and receiver exhibit significant surface corrosion, pitting, and extensive finish loss. The wood stock is in fair condition, showing various light scratches, dings, and handling marks throughout. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The bore was not inspected. The BSA scope appears clear, but the mounting hardware and exterior of the scope show signs of wear and rust.
