Description
This single-shot bolt-action rifle is chambered in .22 caliber and is configured for target or sporting use. It features a 22-inch blued barrel and receiver assembly set into a smooth one-piece walnut-finished wood stock. Prominent markings on the barrel specify the manufacturer as HARRINGTON AND RICHARDSON ARMS CO. WORCESTER, MASS. U.S.A. followed by “REG’LAR” MODEL 365 .22 CAL. The receiver is stamped with the serial number 1837. For aiming, the rifle is equipped with a ramped blade front sight and a Lyman 55H receiver-mounted aperture rear sight. The stock terminates in a black checkered plastic buttplate featuring the H&R Arms Co. logo and includes a single rear sling swivel. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The blued finish on the barrel and receiver shows signs of age-appropriate wear and thinning, particularly on the bolt handle, loading port, and muzzle. The bore was not inspected, but the bolt action appears to cycle smoothly; however, we have not function-tested this firearm. The wood stock is in good condition with scattered shallow dings, minor scratches, and a small chip on the right side of the forend. The checkered buttplate displays minor wear but remains intact and well-fitted.
