Description
This lot comprises two blue plastic cases containing a total of 100 rounds of handloaded rifle ammunition, including 50 rounds of .308 Winchester and 50 rounds of .30 Herrett formed from .30-30 Winchester brass. The first case is an MTM Case-Gard containing the .30 Herrett rounds, which are wildcatted from mixed brass with visible headstamps including W-W SUPER 30-30 WIN, R-P 30-30 WIN, and F C 30-30 WIN. The lid features a handwritten label that reads 30 HERRET 110 GR HP 16.0 IMR4227, indicating a load of 110-grain hollow point projectiles with 16.0 grains of IMR 4227 powder. The second case is a Midway 509 containing 50 rounds of .308 Winchester. Several of these cartridges are oriented base-up, revealing military headstamps WCC 14 and LC 77, both accompanied by the NATO cross-in-circle symbol. The projectiles are 150-grain full metal jacket types, with three rounds in the front row displaying purple-painted tips, consistent with salvaged military components. A handwritten label on the Midway box lid specifies the load as .308 WIN 150 GR FMJ 46 GR H322. All ammunition in this lot is sold as salvage components only, as the exact history, pressure, and safety of the handloads cannot be verified.

The ammunition appears to be in overall good condition, with clean brass cases showing no significant oxidation, corrosion, or structural damage.
