Description
A lot of reloading components featuring exactly 222 bullet tips and associated copper gas checks. The lot includes a clear plastic bag containing the 222 bullet tips, which are a mix of cast lead bullets and copper-jacketed soft-point rifle projectiles suitable for 22 caliber cartridges. Also included is a vintage metal tin of Hornady crimp-on copper gas checks, bearing a partial label that reads Hornady and 1000 Crimp, along with an additional clear plastic bag containing loose copper gas checks. Many of the cast lead bullets are already fitted with copper gas checks at their bases. These components are intended for handloading and reloading rifle ammunition.
Condition report:
The reloading components are in good, usable condition. The cast lead and copper-jacketed bullet tips show minor surface oxidation, tarnish, and shelf wear consistent with age and storage. The copper gas checks in both the tin and the plastic bag show typical light tarnish and mild oxidation but remain structurally sound. The vintage Hornady metal tin has some exterior wear, surface scuffing, and minor oxidation, with the paper label showing partial loss and discoloration.
