Description
This lot comprises 148 loaded cartridges and 11 empty brass casings, all chambered in .22-250 Remington. The ammunition appears to be handloaded and is organized within three MTM plastic storage boxes, including two blue containers and one green container. The projectile selection is diverse, featuring 51 rounds with green polymer tips, a mixed group of 46 rounds with blue and orange polymer tips and star-crimp hollow points, and 51 rounds consisting of white polymer tips and star-crimp hollow points. Key markings include the headstamps on the brass components which are transcribed verbatim as W-W and 22-250 REM, identifying the brass as manufactured by Winchester-Western. The green storage box includes a load information card from the MTM Molded Products Company that mismatchedly lists information for 45/70 GOVT ammunition.
Condition report:
The brass cartridge cases are in good overall condition, showing light superficial tarnish and minor darkening consistent with age, but no evidence of significant corrosion or structural defects. The polymer tips are intact and retain vibrant color. Primers appear to be seated properly, and the rounds appear live and ready for use. The plastic storage boxes are in functional condition with minor surface scuffs but no cracks or hinge damage.
