Description
This lot of four components consists of an AR-15 pattern upper receiver assembly and various tactical accessories designed for use with 5.56x45mm caliber firearms. The assembly features a matte black finished upper receiver with a Picatinny top rail marked with numbered T-positions from T2 through T12, a forward assist, a spring-loaded dust cover, a charging handle, and a bolt carrier group. The barrel is housed within a tubular free-float handguard fitted with a neon green Hogue-branded textured rubber sleeve and is finished with a birdcage-style flash suppressor. Included in the lot are a matching neon green Hogue finger-groove pistol grip, a black adjustable nylon tactical sling with metal snap clips, and a black polymer 30 round magazine. Prominent markings include the Hogue logo on the rubberized components and the magazine which is marked 5.56X45 with the CAA logo, CAA-COMMAND ARMS on the base plate, and a label stating Made in Israel. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The components show signs of moderate use with surface wear, scratches, and finish thinning on the metal parts of the receiver and muzzle device. The neon green rubberized surfaces on the handguard sleeve and pistol grip exhibit light soiling and minor handling marks. The tactical sling is in functional condition with some light wear to the nylon. The magazine shows external scuffs but the spring and follower appear to be functional. The action of the bolt carrier group and charging handle appears to function correctly, though this assembly has not been live-fire tested.
