Description
An Italian Glisenti Model 1910 semi-automatic pistol, presented with a fitted brown leather holster. Constructed from blued steel, the pistol features finely checkered dark wooden grip panels and a bright finished trigger. Markings on the left side of the frame include a circular emblem with “FAB 1909” and a “TM” stamp, alongside the serial number “C 1003”. This serial number is also present on the barrel extension. Additional markings are visible on the top toggle assembly, and “RV” is stamped on the magazine base. The pistol’s design, characterized by its exposed barrel and toggle-lock mechanism, is typical of early automatic firearms.
Condition report:
The pistol exhibits condition consistent with age and use, including areas of bluing loss, minor scratches to the metalwork, and wear on the wooden grips. The accompanying brown leather holster shows typical creasing, scuffs, and a worn suede interior.
