Condition report:
The pistol is in overall excellent condition, retaining nearly all of its original black blued finish with only minimal superficial wear visible on the slide and frame consistent with light handling and use. The checkered polymer grips are sharp and undamaged. The action appears to function correctly, cycling smoothly when manually operated. The bore condition is not assessed. The original hard case is present and in excellent condition. The accessories are generally excellent, though the two sealed magazines are for the incorrect caliber (9mm) for this specific pistol (.40 S&W). We have not function-tested this firearm. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
