Condition report:
The primary RCBS green base and the yellow trimming assembly show moderate to heavy surface wear, dust, and residue consistent with prior use in a reloading environment. The green paint finish is worn in areas and shows handling marks. The metal shafts and mechanisms appear structurally sound but require cleaning. The Lyman Case Prep Multi-Tool and the RCBS .30 CAL Pilot/Chamfer are new and sealed in their original packaging. The small green RCBS box is intact. We have not function-tested this equipment. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the use and possession of reloading equipment.
