Description
This is a factory-style wooden stock designed for a Remington 700 ADL long action bolt-action rifle. Constructed from finished hardwood, likely walnut, the stock features a Monte Carlo-style comb with a raised cheekpiece on the left side for a right-handed shooter. The furniture includes checkered panels on the forend and pistol grip to enhance handling, and it is fitted with a black textured butt pad. Two metal sling swivel studs are installed, one on the forend and one on the buttstock. The internal inletting is configured specifically to accommodate a long action receiver and barrel. No manufacturer’s marks, model numbers, or serial numbers are visible on the exterior surfaces, though the item is identified as being compatible with the Remington 700 ADL long action platform. Condition report:
The stock shows signs of previous use with scattered minor scratches and handling dings, most notably along the forend and the underside of the buttstock.
