Description
This is a Redfield 4x fixed-power telescopic rifle scope designed for use with rimfire rifles. The optic features a 3/4-inch main tube with a gloss black finish and includes two attached mounting rings secured by slotted screws. The internal viewing area is equipped with a duplex-style reticle consisting of four heavy crosshair posts that taper to thin wires at the center. Markings on the top of the adjustment housing are transcribed verbatim as 4 X and Redfield in a stylized script. Technical features include knurled caps for windage and elevation adjustments and a knurled ocular bell for focus adjustment. The scope is presented as a single unit without a visible serial number.
Condition report:
The gloss black finish on the main tube shows signs of use and age, including surface dust and some light white spotting. Minor surface oxidation is present on the screw heads and the edges of the mounting rings. The lenses and reticle appear clear and unobstructed. We have not function-tested the internal adjustment mechanisms or the integrity of the seals.
