Description
This Girsan MC 1911 Match is a single-action, semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, configured for target and competition use. It features a 5-inch barrel and a distinctive two-tone finish consisting of a matte black slide over a tan-colored frame, accented by checkered wood grip panels. The pistol is equipped with an adjustable target-style rear sight, a red fiber-optic front sight, a skeletonized trigger and hammer, an extended beavertail grip safety, and an ambidextrous thumb safety. Key markings include the manufacturer name GIRSAN on the left side of the slide and the model designation MC 1911 MATCH on the right side. The barrel is marked .45 ACP visible through the ejection port. The left side of the frame is marked EAA Cocoa. FL MADE IN TURKEY, while the right side bears the serial number T6368-21AB 00077 and the text Warning Read Safety Manual. Included with the firearm are one 8-round magazine, a wire cleaning brush, a cable lock, and a blue Girsan-branded hard plastic carrying case. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The pistol is in excellent overall condition, showing minimal signs of handling or use. The matte black and tan finishes are well-preserved with no significant scratches or thinning. The bore is bright with sharp, well-defined rifling. The checkered wood grips are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The action appears to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm. The included magazine and plastic case are in good, functional condition.
