Description
This lot consists of two Citizen Eco-Drive solar-powered wristwatches. The first is a two-tone model, reference E101-S053439, featuring a dodecagonal gold-tone bezel and a white dial. The dial is set with gold-tone baton hour markers, matching hands, and a day-date aperture at the 3 o’clock position. It is paired with an integrated two-tone stainless steel link bracelet with a signed folding clasp. The case back is incised with Citizen Watch Co., W.R. 10 BAR, ST. STEEL, E101-S053439 HSW, 2N1050145, and Japan Mov’t. The second watch features a stainless steel case and a black dial with silver-tone baton markers and a date window at 3 o’clock. This watch is fitted with a Speidel stainless steel expansion bracelet. The case back retains a yellowed protective sticker with the Citizen Eco-Drive globe logo.
Case size: 37 mm and 38 mm.
Condition report:
Both timepieces show evidence of heavy wear. The two-tone watch has significant scratching on the crystal and case, along with wear to the gold-tone plating on the bezel and bracelet links. The stainless steel watch shows scuffing to the case and scratches on the crystal. Both watches are untested and their working order is not guaranteed.
