Description
This lot consists of a group of four RCBS reloading components centered around a .270 Winchester Small Base (SB) two-die set, designed for resizing brass to factory-minimum dimensions for reliable chambering in semi-automatic or tight-chambered firearms. The set includes two steel dies: one sizing die with an integrated decapping pin and one bullet seating die, both featuring knurled upper sections for grip and threaded bodies fitted with black locking rings. These components are housed in a green textured plastic storage case with an embossed RCBS Omark Industries logo on the lid. Also included within the case are one RCBS number 3 shell holder and the original factory instruction manual. Key markings transcribed from the lot include the side label which specifies S B DIE SET .270 WIN, part number 13503, QTY. 1, and USE SHELL HOLDER #3. The shell holder is stamped with the RCBS brand and the number 3. An orange retail price sticker is affixed to the factory label on the side of the case. The items are presented in their original factory configuration as a complete reloading solution for the specified caliber.
Condition report:
The reloading components are in good used condition, showing minor surface wear and light handling marks consistent with previous use. The steel die bodies remain clean with no significant oxidation or pitting, and the threads appear sharp and functional. The black finish on the locking rings is largely intact with minor thinning at the edges
