Description
W.R. Case and Sons American Classic Coins commemorative set featuring a two-blade folding pocket knife and a 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar. The knife features a master clip point blade etched with American Classic Coins and a secondary pen blade etched with Morgan Dollar flanked by stars. The tang of the master blade is stamped Case XX over Bradford, PA. over 1991. The front bolster is stamped with serial number 089. The handle is constructed from iridescent white synthetic imitation mother-of-pearl and features an oval Case shield. The 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar is 90 percent silver and is housed in a protective plastic capsule. The set is presented in its original dark brown faux-leather display box with a white satin interior lid bearing gold-tone maker marks and a red flocked custom-molded base.
Condition report:
The knife is in mint, unused condition with no visible sharpening wear or signs of use. The blades retain their original factory mirror polish. The coin shows light circulation wear consistent with its age. The presentation box is in good condition with minor signs of handling.
