Description

This lot consists of seven 50-count boxes of .17 HMR (Hornady Magnum Rimfire) ammunition, totaling 350 rounds. The assortment includes two boxes of Hornady Varmint Express featuring 17-grain V-MAX polymer-tipped bullets. Also present is one box of CCI Varmint 17 HMR containing 17-grain V-MAX bullets with a listed muzzle velocity of 2,550 FPS. The remainder of the collection comprises four boxes of Winchester Varmint ammunition in factory red plastic packaging. This group includes two boxes of Winchester Varmint HV (High Velocity) with 17-grain V-MAX polymer-tipped bullets at 2,550 FPS and one box of Winchester Varmint LF (Lead Free) with 15.5-grain NTX polymer-tipped bullets at 2,550 FPS. A fourth Winchester-style box is included without a front identifying label but matches the others in construction and layout. Verbatim markings across the labels include 17 GR. V-MAX, 17 HMR, 50 rounds, Varmint HV, and 15.5 GRAIN, 2550 FPS. The packaging includes French subtitles, indicating original distribution for the North American market.

Condition report:

The ammunition is housed in original factory clear and red plastic packaging, which displays minor shelf wear, surface scuffing, and some remaining adhesive residue. One Winchester box is missing its primary front label. The brass cases appear bright and clean with no visible signs of corrosion or oxidation. The polymer tips are intact and correctly seated. The ammunition appears to be factory-new and in live condition, though its firing performance cannot be guaranteed.
