Gun Collectors Dream Auction #84 June 13th & 14th
Lot 134:
Description
This lot consists of a collection of ten factory semi-automatic pistol magazines manufactured by Glock, specifically designed for use with the Glock 22 chambered in .40 S&W. Each magazine features a standard 15-round capacity, constructed from a durable black polymer outer shell reinforced with a steel internal lining visible at the feed lips. The rear of the magazine bodies include fifteen witness holes for ammunition round counts arranged in a staggered format. Key markings include the caliber designation .40 at the top rear, followed by numbered witness holes from 4 to 15. The lower portion of each magazine body displays the Glock logo within a square above the word AUSTRIA. One magazine prominently displays an original factory warning sticker in orange and white on the side of the polymer body providing safety information regarding ported pistols. These magazines are compatible with various full-size Glock models chambered in .40 S&W, such as the Glock 22, 31, and 35.
Condition report:
The magazines are in good to very good functional condition, exhibiting varying degrees of cosmetic surface wear consistent with previous use. The black polymer bodies show scattered scuffs, minor scratches, and light handling marks. Several magazines feature white residue or markings on the polymer, likely from previous inventory or range marking. The steel-lined feed lips appear straight and undamaged across all ten units. Springs retain strong tension and the followers move freely within the magazine bodies, suggesting the magazines are fully functional.
