Description

This lot features a collection of nine magazines designed for various handguns and rifles. The assortment includes four blued steel single-stack magazines featuring eight witness holes and floorplates stamped with S & W, intended for the Smith & Wesson Model 39 series of pistols. Also present are two black polymer magazines chambered for .22 Long Rifle and marked Made in Germany, likely for a 1911-22 variant. A single blued steel .45 ACP magazine for a 1911-style pistol is included, featuring a finger-rest base marked MADE IN U.S.A. The collection is completed by two blued steel box magazines for the Browning BLR lever-action rifle. These rifle magazines display a distinctive stepped profile and specific caliber markings; one is marked BELGIUM followed by .243 Win and .308, while the other is marked .308 and 243. Note: These are firearm accessories and do not include the associated firearms.

Condition report:

The magazines are in overall good to very good condition, showing signs of light to moderate use. The blued steel components exhibit finish wear at typical contact points and scattered spots of light surface oxidation on the floorplates and bodies. The polymer magazines are structurally sound, though one has a notable patch of white adhesive residue on the rear spine. Internal springs appear to have retained good tension, and the feed lips on all units are generally intact without significant deformation.
