Description
This lot consists of a bulk package of Remington No. 2 1/2 Large Pistol Primers intended for use with centerfire cartridges. The outer green cardboard carton contains ten individual boxes, each containing 100 primers for a total quantity of 1,000 units. Each internal box utilizes an orange and green cardboard sleeve to secure a black plastic tray holding the brass-colored primers in a ten-by-ten grid. Key markings include the product designation No. 2 1/2 Large Pistol Primers and the manufacturer Remington. The carton specifies FOR CENTERFIRE CARTRIDGES and 1000 PRIMERS – 10 BOXES OF 100 EACH. Additional markings include a circular MADE IN THE U.S.A. logo and the warning Keep Out of Reach of Children along with its French translation. The internal sleeves bear markings for USE EYE PROTECTION and proof marks consisting of the letters CIP, M, and BNP beneath a crown symbol.
Condition report:
The outer cardboard carton and internal sleeves show signs of shelf wear, including fraying at the edges, minor creasing of the flaps, and light surface scuffing. The internal black plastic trays are in good condition. The brass-colored primers appear clean and free of corrosion, oxidation, or significant tarnishing. The primers appear live and suitable for reloading.
