Description
This lot comprises 700 rounds of .22 Long Rifle caliber rimfire ammunition across fourteen individual boxes from several major manufacturers. The collection includes six boxes of Winchester Super X High Velocity, four boxes of CCI Blazer, two boxes of Federal Premium Gold Medal HV Match, one box of Remington Thunderbolt, and one box of Federal American Eagle. Visual inspection of the cartridges reveals a diverse array of headstamps, including the letters Rem for Remington, F for Federal, a stylized C for CCI, and the word SUPER inside a stylized X for Winchester Super X. Projectile types vary between standard lead round nose and copper-plated bullets. Key packaging markings include 22 Thunderbolt, Super X High Velocity, and Gold Medal HV Match. Some internal trays contain a mixture of ammunition featuring various headstamps, including a logo with the letters N and Y. The cardboard packaging exhibits various branding and load data specific to each manufacturer.
Condition report:
The ammunition and packaging are in fair to good condition. The cardboard boxes show typical shelf wear, including frayed edges, minor surface scuffing, and some small tears. The brass casings display natural tarnishing and discoloration consistent with age. One tray of CCI-marked ammunition shows significant white oxidation on the lead bullets. While the cartridges appear to be live and intact, we have not function-tested this ammunition.
