Sold for: $40
Description
This lot consists of 100 rounds of Federal American Eagle brand ammunition chambered in .38 Special. The ammunition is comprised of 130-grain Full Metal Jacket bullets seated in brass casings. This quantity is divided into two 50-round cardboard boxes with the product code AE38K. The cartridges are fitted with silver-colored primers and organized within the boxes in white plastic trays. Verbatim markings on the packaging include American Eagle, Federal Ammunition, 38 Special, 130 Grain Full Metal Jacket, and 50 Centerfire Pistol Cartridges/Cartouches. The headstamps on the brass casings are explicitly marked Federal 38 Special. These cartridges are designed for target practice and general range use in firearms chambered for the .38 Special cartridge.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in clean, factory condition with bright brass casings and no visible signs of corrosion, oxidation, or verdigris. All primers are unspent, and the ammunition appears to be live. The original cardboard packaging shows moderate shelf wear, including creasing, edge abrasions, and small tears at the corner flaps, though the boxes remain structurally intact.
