The tool is in good used condition. The blue paint on the base shows minor wear and surface dust consistent with benchtop use. The unpainted steel components, including the lever pivot pins, swaging rod, and backup rod, exhibit light surface oxidation and typical discoloration. The lever action appears to function smoothly and the mechanical components move through their full range of motion as intended.
