Lot 548:
Weaver Challenger C4R Fixed 4-Power Rifle Scope
Sold for: $35
Description
One Weaver Challenger C4R fixed 4-power rifle scope, designed as a reliable optic for rimfire or light centerfire rifle platforms. This telescopic sight features a black finish on its main tube with integrated windage and elevation adjustment turrets protected by screw-on caps. The internal optics utilize a standard duplex reticle to provide a clear and precise aiming point. Key markings on the objective bell are transcribed verbatim as Challenger USA, by Weaver, and 4-POWER C4R. The scope is currently mounted on a white-painted metal display stand secured by two black rings. The main tube shows light superficial scuffing from previous mounting, and the lenses remain clear with a sharp reticle.
Condition report:
The scope is in good used condition, exhibiting minor surface wear consistent with age and previous use. The black exterior finish shows some light scratches and finish thinning on the main tube where mounting rings were previously positioned. The glass is clear and free of significant scratches or internal clouding. Both adjustment turrets appear to function correctly, and the duplex reticle is intact and centered.
