Lot 574:
A Lot of 100 Rounds of Federal American Eagle .327 Federal Magnum Ammunition
Sold for: $70
Description
This lot comprises 100 rounds of Federal American Eagle .327 Federal Magnum centerfire handgun ammunition, featuring 100-grain jacketed soft point projectiles. The collection consists of two original 50-round cardboard boxes containing factory internal plastic trays. These cartridges utilize brass cases and are loaded with jacketed soft point bullets designed for a balance of expansion and penetration. Verbatim markings on the packaging include AMERICAN EAGLE, 50 CENTERFIRE PISTOL CARTRIDGES/CARTOUCHES, and 327 FEDERAL MAGNUM 100 GRAIN JACKETED SOFT POINT. The individual cartridges feature brass cases with headstamps reading 327 FEDERAL MAG and FC, indicating production by Federal Cartridge for the .327 Federal Magnum caliber. The ammunition is clean and appears to be in its original factory configuration.
Condition report:
The ammunition is in excellent condition, with bright, clean brass cases and no visible evidence of corrosion or oxidation on the primers or cases. The cartridges appear to be factory-new. The original cardboard boxes show moderate shelf wear, including edge fraying and corner dings. There is a significant area of surface paper loss on the front of one box, likely from the removal of a previous label, though the structural integrity of the packaging remains sound.
