Lot 575:
A Lot of 4 Beretta Model 84 Semi-Automatic Pistol Magazines .380 Auto
Sold for: $65
Description
This lot consists of four semi-automatic pistol magazines designed for the Beretta 84 series handgun. These double-stack magazines are constructed from steel with a blued finish and are equipped with black polymer finger-rest baseplates. The magazines are chambered for .380 Auto, which is also identified on the markings as 9mm Short. Three of the magazines in the collection are restricted to a 10-round capacity and feature witness holes on the rear face marked for 5 and 10 rounds. The fourth magazine is a standard 13-round capacity version with witness holes marked for 4, 8, and 13 rounds. Prominent markings on the side of each magazine body are stamped verbatim as PB CAL. 9 Short / 380 Auto MADE IN ITALY. The followers are composed of black polymer and the internal springs appear to maintain appropriate tension.
Condition report:
The magazines are in good used condition, exhibiting a well-preserved blued finish with minor surface wear, light scratches, and some thinning consistent with insertion and removal from a firearm. The polymer baseplates and followers show light handling marks but remain free of cracks or significant damage. The internal springs appear to function correctly, and there are no signs of heavy oxidation or pitting on the steel bodies.
