Description
This lot features two steel box magazine bodies and one internal component set designed for the M14 or M1A rifle chambered in .308 Winchester or 7.62x51mm NATO. The magazine bodies are constructed of straight-walled steel with a dark Parkerized finish, incorporating the standard front and rear locking lugs and double-stack feed lip geometry. The included internal component set is contained within a clear plastic bag and consists of one magazine spring, one follower, and one floorplate. No manufacturer markings, caliber designations, or proof marks are visible on the exterior surfaces of either magazine body. One magazine body is currently stripped and requires the included internal components for assembly, while the second body lacks a corresponding internal set.
Condition report:
Both magazine bodies show signs of moderate to heavy use, with a well-worn Parkerized finish displaying numerous scratches, scuffs, and small patches of surface oxidation. The feed lips appear structurally sound without obvious bending. The internal components, consisting of the spring, follower, and floorplate, appear to be in good used condition and are currently stored separately in a plastic bag.
