A Group of 4 Tapco and CAI AK-47 Pattern 30 Round Magazines 7.62x39mm
Sold for: $55
Description
This lot consists of a group of 4 magazines designed for AK-47 pattern rifles chambered in 7.62x39mm, each with a 30-round capacity. The collection includes two translucent polymer magazines and two black polymer magazines. The translucent units are constructed with a ribbed texture for handling and feature black metal floor plates. The black polymer magazines are designed with a combination waffle and horizontal rib exterior for a secure grip and utilize matching polymer floor plates. Prominent markings on the translucent magazines include the manufacturer designation CAI 7.62 X 39 on the lower side of the bodies. One of these magazines retains a handwritten label on yellow adhesive tape that reads AK 7.62×39 30rd Mag. The black magazines are marked near the feed lips with TAPCO and USA, while the floor plates are marked TAPCO, MADE IN USA, and 7.62 x 39mm.
Condition report:
The magazines are in good used condition, showing signs of light use with minor surface scuffing and scratches to the polymer bodies. There is some adhesive residue present from previous labeling on the translucent magazines. The metal floor plates on the CAI magazines show light wear to the black finish at the edges. The magazine followers are under spring tension and appear to move freely, and the action appears to function correctly, though these items have not been function-tested in a firearm.
