Description

This lot consists of 100 rounds of .303 British centerfire rifle ammunition, presented on black-finished steel stripper clips and housed in white cardboard boxes. The cartridges feature brass cases with visible annealing at the shoulder and neck, indicating consistent heat treatment during the manufacturing process. Each round is seated with a copper-jacketed spitzer bullet and features a primer sealed with green lacquer to provide moisture resistance. The cartridge headstamps are marked with the numeral 10 at the 12 o’clock position and the numeral 57 at the 6 o’clock position, identifying production at Bulgarian State Factory 10 in 1957. The steel stripper clips, designed for rapid loading into bolt-action rifles, are marked with the letters B and P and feature circular weight-reduction cutouts. The total quantity is distributed across twenty five-round clips, providing a complete set of vintage military-specification ammunition.

Condition report:

The ammunition and stripper clips are in excellent, well-preserved condition. The brass cases remain bright and clean, showing no significant signs of corrosion or heavy oxidation. The copper bullet jackets are clean and well-seated. The steel stripper clips maintain a consistent black finish with no visible rust or pitting. The green lacquer primer seals are intact across the lot. The ammunition appears to be live and has been stored in a stable environment.
