Description
One commemorative ceramic beer stein featuring the official insignia of the United States Air Force 331st Fighter-Interceptor Squadron. The vessel is constructed of cream-colored ceramic and features a decorative raised scroll pattern around the base. The handle is molded into a stylized form resembling a tree branch. The front displays the unit emblem, consisting of an orange griffin with white wings and a red beak flying through a black circular field, flanked by two white lightning bolts and bordered by a yellow ring. The text 331st is printed above the emblem, and FIGHTER INTERCEPTOR SQUADRON is printed below, both in a black gothic-style font. The side of the stein is personalized with the name AL in black block letters surrounded by quotation marks. The base is marked with a blue backstamp reading Balfour CERAMIC ATTLEBORO MASSACHUSETTS.
