Lot 538:
A Lot of 400 Winchester .30 Luger Unprimed Brass Ammunition Casings
Sold for: $85
Description
This lot consists of 400 unprimed .30 Luger (7.65x21mm Parabellum) brass ammunition casings manufactured by Winchester. These components are intended for handloading and reloading purposes and are contained within four plastic bags of 100 pieces each. Labels on the packaging identify the contents as 30 Luger NEW WINCHESTER BRASS with an original price of $16.00 per 100. Additional markings on the lower labels include the part number WSC30LU and the vendor website www.ammodepot.com. Headstamps visible through the packaging are clearly marked W-W and 30 LUGER. While the packaging indicates the brass is new old stock, the metal exhibits surface tarnishing and darkened areas consistent with oxidation during long-term storage in sealed plastic bags. This lot contains only empty brass cases; no live ammunition, projectiles, or primers are present.
Condition report:
The brass casings appear to be in new, unprimed condition as indicated by the manufacturer labeling, though they exhibit varying degrees of surface tarnishing and discoloration from long-term storage. The brass appears physically sound without obvious dents or structural damage, though a cleaning or polishing cycle is recommended prior to reloading. The plastic bags are intact but show shelf wear and some markings are partially obscured.
