Lot 635:
RCBS .303 British Full Length Two Die Set
Sold for: $40
Description
This is a professional reloading equipment set by RCBS configured for .303 British ammunition. The set is housed in a molded green plastic storage case and includes one full-length sizing die and one bullet seating die. The dies are constructed of steel with knurled adjustment tops and black threaded locking rings. Accompanying the dies within the case is one shell holder incised with the numeral 5 and a small steel accessory rod. Factory labeling on the box side is printed with F L DIE SET .303 BRITISH, P/N: 15401, Group: A, and specifies Use Shell Holder #07, noting a discrepancy with the included shell holder. A piece of tape on the lid features the handwritten inscription (17) RCBS 303 British (XI). The die bodies are marked with RCBS and the caliber designation.
Condition report:
The items are in good used condition overall. The green plastic case shows minor exterior scuffing and typical shelf wear. The sizing and seating dies exhibit some surface wear and light oxidation on the threads, though the knurling remains sharp and the adjustment mechanisms appear to function correctly. The included shell holder and accessory rod show minor signs of use and handling.
