Description
This lot consists of a group of 100 rounds of Remington Targetmaster Kleanbore .45 Automatic Wad Cutter ammunition, packaged in two original 50-count boxes. These cartridges are chambered in .45 caliber and feature 185 grain metal case bullets designed for center fire smokeless pistols. One box contains fifty cartridges with brass cases, each bearing a headstamp that reads REM-UMC 45 AUTO. The second box contains fifty cartridges with nickel-plated cases, with headstamps marked REM-UMC 45 ACP. The green cardboard boxes display clear labeling including Remington, TARGETMASTER, KLEANBORE, and the Du Pont logo, along with text stating Made in U.S.A. and the product code 6745. The cartridges are organized within internal cardboard dividers in a five-by-ten grid.
Condition report:
The outer cardboard packaging shows significant shelf wear, characterized by fraying at the edges, surface scuffing, and tears at the corner flaps. The ammunition itself appears to be in good condition, showing only minor, age-appropriate tarnish to the brass and nickel cases. The cartridges appear live and the primers are unfired.
