Description
A pair of custom two-tone metal pistol grips designed for a full-size 1911-style semi-automatic pistol. The grips are manufactured in the style of Mexican Centenario custom accessories, featuring a frosted and stippled silver-tone body accented with polished gold-tone decorative elements. Each grip is set with a central gold-tone relief medallion replicating the obverse of a Mexican 50 Pesos gold coin, featuring the Winged Victory and text transcribed as 50 PESOS, 37.5G ORO PURO, 1821, and 1947. Above each coin medallion is a gold-tone relief of the Mexican National Coat of Arms, depicting an eagle perched on a cactus devouring a serpent. The grips are finished with a decorative scalloped or diamond-cut gold-tone border. The reverse sides show hollow-cast metal construction with some light surface tarnish. No maker marks or stamps are visible.

Condition report:
The grips are in very good condition with minimal wear to the decorative plating. Some light oxidation and tarnish are visible on the interior hollow-cast surfaces.
