Condition report:
The firearm is in good overall condition. The blued metal surfaces retain approximately 95 percent of their original finish with light muzzle wear and minor handling marks visible. The walnut stock retains a strong high-gloss finish, showing typical small dings and superficial scratches consistent with field use, while the skip-line checkering remains well-defined. The bore is bright with strong rifling throughout. The bolt action appears to function correctly and the trigger pull is crisp. The Bausch & Lomb optic shows clear glass with an intact reticle. The brown rubber recoil pad shows significant surface cracking and hardening consistent with age. We have not function-tested this firearm.
