Description
This lot consists of 156 rounds of remanufactured .32-20 Winchester ammunition distributed across three plastic storage containers. The collection includes two translucent orange boxes manufactured by Berry’s Mfg., each holding 51 rounds consisting of a full 50-round tray and one additional cartridge resting horizontally. The third container is a solid red plastic box containing 54 rounds, with 50 in the tray and four loose cartridges on top. Key markings include headstamps transcribed verbatim as W-W and 32-20 WIN, indicating the use of Winchester-Western brass. Handwritten labels on the lids of the orange cases identify the loads as 32/20 100gr. S.P., signifying 100-grain soft point bullets.
Condition report:
The ammunition in the orange Berry\'s Mfg. boxes appears in good condition with a typical light brass patina and clean lead bullets. In contrast, many of the cartridges in the red box exhibit significant white powdery oxidation and corrosion on the lead bullets, and the brass cases show a heavier dark tarnish. All cartridges appear to be live.
