Description
This lot features a Ruger New Bearcat single-action revolver chambered in .22 Long Rifle. This compact firearm is equipped with a 4.2-inch round barrel, fitting the popular 4 inch barrel profile, and is finished in a durable satin stainless steel. The six-shot cylinder is roll-engraved with a traditional scene featuring a bear and a cat. The revolver is fitted with smooth wood laminate grips that include silver Ruger eagle medallions. Sights consist of a fixed front blade and a notch rear sight integrated into the top strap. Key markings include the model designation RUGER NEW BEARCAT on the left side of the frame and the serial number 93-67851 on the right side of the frame. The left side of the barrel is marked STURM, RUGER & CO. INC. NEWPORT, NH and READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL while the right side specifies .22 CAL. The cylinder is marked RUGER BEARCAT and 22 L.R. This lot includes the original grey Ruger plastic hard case with a matching factory label for model 00913 and catalog number KSBC-4, along with the instruction manual, a yellow chamber flag, and a padlock with keys. Note – All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.
Condition report:
The revolver appears to be in excellent, near-new condition with a clean satin stainless steel finish showing minimal handling marks. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. The action appears to function correctly with a crisp trigger and solid lockup. The wood laminate grips are in excellent condition with no visible dings or scratches. The roll engraving on the cylinder remains sharp and distinct.
