Description
This lot consists of 200 rounds of .218 Bee centerfire ammunition, which is identified as remanufactured. The cartridges feature pointed soft-point bullets seated in brass casings from various manufacturers. The collection is organized into three aftermarket plastic ammunition boxes: one smoke-colored container and two light blue containers. It should be noted that the smoke-colored box lid bears internal markings for .327 Rem Max and .22 Hornet, though the current contents are exclusively .218 Bee. The ammunition displays mixed headstamps that are transcribed verbatim as W-W SUPER 218 BEE, REM-UMC 218 BEE, SUPER-X 218 BEE, and SUPER SPEED 218 BEE. The brass casings show varying degrees of surface tarnish and light oxidation consistent with age.
Condition report:
The ammunition appears to be in good overall condition and is considered live. The brass casings exhibit light surface tarnish and some minor localized oxidation, but no significant corrosion, cracks, or structural damage is noted. The soft-point bullets are securely seated, though some oxidation is present on the exposed lead tips. The plastic storage boxes are functional with light surface scuffing. We have not function-tested this ammunition.
