Description
This lot consists of 80 rounds of Remington Core-Lokt centerfire rifle ammunition chambered in 7x64mm. The ammunition is contained in four individual boxes, with each factory box holding 20 cartridges. These rounds are loaded with 175-grain Pointed Soft Point bullets, a design intended for controlled expansion and deep penetration. Technical markings on the box packaging include Remington Core-Lokt, 7 X 64, 175 GR. Core-Lokt PSP, and 20 Centerfire Rifle Cartridges. The cartridges feature brass cases with headstamps marked verbatim as R – P and 7 X 64, identifying the manufacturer as Remington-Peters. The cartridges are organized within black plastic carriers inside the external green and yellow cardboard packaging. Condition report:
The ammunition and packaging are in good overall condition. The brass cartridge cases show areas of surface oxidation and dark spotting typical of long-term storage, while the lead bullet tips exhibit minor oxidation and very slight surface deformation. All primers appear unfired and are seated correctly. The four cardboard boxes show moderate shelf wear, including surface scuffing, edge wear, and minor compression at the corners, though the structural integrity of the boxes remains sound.
