Description
A partial box containing 48 rounds of .22 caliber short rimfire ammunition imported under the Valor brand name. These standard velocity cartridges feature lead round-nose projectiles seated in copper-toned cases. Key markings on the headstamp consist of a triangle encompassing the letter V. The packaging displays a distinctive diagonal red and yellow split design with the Valor brand name positioned above a shield and crossed swords logo. Text on the box identifies the contents as Non-Corrosive and Smokeless Powder, specific to the 22 Caliber Short caliber designation. Side panels identify the distributor as Precise Imports Corp. of Suffern, New York, and specify that the product was Made in Yugoslavia. The safety warning on the reverse panel contains a notable typographical error in the word children, which is printed as Chilodren.
