Description
This lot consists of two silver bullion rounds, each containing 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver. The first round is a corporate commemorative produced for 7-Eleven to mark the turn of the millennium, circa 1999. The obverse features the 7-Eleven logo at the center, surrounded by a border with the text CLEANLINESS * SELECTION * QUALITY * VALUE * SERVICE and stars. The reverse depicts the corporate logo over a map of the world with the inscription THANK HEAVEN * SERVING THE GLOBE INTO THE NEW MILLENNIUM. The second round commemorates the 55th anniversary of the Glendale Coin Club, covering the years 1959 to 2014. The obverse features the number 55 and the word YEARS surrounded by the club name and anniversary dates. The reverse design features a walking grizzly bear and is inscribed GLENDALE COIN CLUB CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and HALF DOLLAR, modeled after the 1925 California Diamond Jubilee commemorative coin design. The edge of the Glendale Coin Club round is incised with the marks 1.0 T.O. .999 FS, denoting weight and purity.

Condition report:
Both rounds show evidence of handling with surface contact marks, hairlines, and light scratches. Significant dark toning and tarnishing are present on both pieces, most heavily concentrated along the reeded edges and within the recessed areas of the strike.
