Description
This lot features a set of four vintage novelty aftershave bottles manufactured by Avon Products, Inc. under license from Winchester. Designed as oversized 12-gauge shotgun shells, the collection includes one yellow and three red plastic bottles with gold-toned metallic-finished caps. The front of each bottle is printed with the Winchester name and a stylized Super X logo. The metallic caps bear impressed markings for Winchester Made in U.S.A., Super-X, and No 12. Identifying labels on the reverse of the bottles denote the scents as Good Shot! Deep Woods (yellow), Brisk Spice (red), and Wild Country (red), while one red bottle has a damaged label. The lot includes two original cardboard packaging boxes for the Brisk Spice and Wild Country scents.

Condition report:
The set is in good vintage condition. The plastic bodies show minor surface wear. The gold-toned caps exhibit areas of tarnish and minor oxidation, including a small spot of green verdigris on the yellow bottle cap. The adhesive labels on the reverse of the bottles show varied stages of wear, with one red bottle label being mostly missing. The two included cardboard boxes show typical shelf wear, including yellowing of the cardstock, minor corner blunting, and small tears to the flap edges.
